In connection with my Application to Lease, I consent that QuadReal Residential Properties LP (“QuadReal”) may collect, use, and disclose the personal information, as provided in this document or otherwise collected by or on their behalf or their agents, affiliates, or service providers, for the purposes of: i) considering my application to lease and performing a background check including determining my credit standing, ii) processing pre-authorized payments if such arrangements are made, (iii) contacting persons with whom I have disclosed to have had financial or residential dealings with, (iv) taking action for collection of rents in the event of default, and v) as otherwise provided in QuadReal’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at www.quadrealres.com/privacypolicy, or as permitted by law.

Consent under this document includes the disclosure of such information to credit agencies, collection agencies and existing or potential lenders, investors and purchasers.
