I've lived here with my wife for about 2.5 years now. The building and facilities are great, with modern appliances, good decor and friendly neighbours. The location is fantastic, particularly with it's proximity to busses at Phibbs Exchange. I've not needed to own a car since we moved in. The convenience of Stongs supermarket downstairs also cannot be understated.

Lived here for a year and a half, the building is very modern, well maintained and managed professionally (the building managers are very friendly!). Close to amenities, Stong's market is literally right next door and the Seymour river is a 5 minute walk away. Our unit was on the South side of the building facing Dollarton which is quite busy but the sound insulation is so good that the road noise was barely audible when doors and windows were closed!
