At QuadReal, we aim to create healthy, sustainable places to live, and that starts with being transparent. That's why our first step is tracking and sharing water, energy, and greenhouse gas emissions data for The Mansions with you.

Pet-friendly apartments

We allow a maximum of two (2) of the following:

  • Domestic (indoor) cats
  • Dogs (excluding Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and any other similar breeds of dog that are customarily bred or trained as guard dogs or attack dogs)
  • Birds (limit one cage of four birds)
  • Fish (tank volume must not exceed 30 gal/113L)

Please note that we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee per animal. A bird cage and a fish tank are considered 1 animal each. A maximum of two pets are allowed in any suite. Pets in transit are to be carried, restrained by a leash, or placed in an animal carrier. All pets must be spayed or neutered.
